Hi Charlene and Family, I hope you all had a very nice Christmas. I'm sending you a picture of my beautiful female rough collie I bought from you this summer, so you can see how big she's got and she's only 5 months old Dec 24th/05, she's all trained, she comes to me and asks for outside, she's very smart. We just love her. She sleeps in our heated basement at night with her teddys. Santa brought her for Christmas and a ball she likes to play ball by herself. I made her, her own bed, she sleeps in it every night. She's starting to get her long hair now, I'll sned you another picture of her when she turns a year old july/24/06 so you can see how beautiful she is, OK, Bye for now, Juanita

Wow - it has been a month already - it is hard to believe. How is the puppy? Great questions Cea (short for Bodacea) is fabulous. She has been to the vet and has a great bill of health, He says she is beautiful and healthy. She is now 15 pounds, 30 inches long and 15 inches high. She is growing like a weed. She is partly trained, which means that if you are in the room she might go to the back door before the accident happens, if you open the back door she will run out and do her business. She now knows the words, sit, come, get, and in and out and of course good girl. She wags her tail so much that sometimes I do not know if she is wagging her tail or if her tail is wagging her.
The kids adore her. I will be sending some pictures of her out to you next week. I have to get my husband to send them to the office.
Well, I have to go. See you soon

Good morning, and Merry Christmas from Ralph. He is learning commands like "sit", "Shake", "come" and "No". He walks with a lesh and without very well, and never wanders far from us when walking without a lesh. Ralph plays really well,is very cuddly and gentle. We are still working on the house training which is proving to be a little more difficult, if you have any ideas please let me know. We try to watch him closly but at times he sneaks away and has an accident. Here is a picture of Ralph.
Take care

Ok here are some photos of my new baby girl, Skye. Skye was born on september 29, 2005. Working on her 10th week of life, Skye is more well traveled than some people I know! Her airline put her in a cage that belonged to a Dalmation heading to Salt Lake City and the Dalmation got the lucky experience of spending the night with me! We had a good time while she was here, we sat by the fireplace and cooked 'smores... After getting 4 hours of sleep in my easy chair, I had to take the Dalmation back to the airport then come home for some more sleep. I went back down to El Paso that evening and picked up the newest member of my family. She was a little skittish but it didn't take long to coax her out of her cage with some food and water. Please let me know if you would like to stay on my mailing list and receive future pics. Cheers and have a happy holiday! Roger

Hi there,
Our Australian Shepherd puppy purchased from you is doing just great. She is smart, energetic and a great all around dog. She has had no health or behavioural problems and we just love her!!
She is currently on page 17 of your photo gallery - Santana - but the picture does not do her justice. I'm attaching a more recent photo. As you can see, she loves to help me garden.
I have a friend looking for an English Pointer. Do you have that breed available?
Thanks,
Sue

Here's a photo of Edie from last summer as she was lounging at the lake!
Thanks for the info on the pugs. I'll pass it along. I might also be interested in a pug,so we'll see. I think a pug would make a nice companion for our boston.
Cheers,

Rough Collie
About two and a half years ago I purchased a collie pup from your kennel. Would you be able to tell me if you are still breeding collies? Someone asked me about mine and she would like one herself (a male). If you don't have any at present, do you have an idea of when some pups would be available? Our Rex is beautiful, well-behaved and such a wonderful friend to us.
Thanks!
Charlene Wehlau
I have more pics but, am having problems getting them down loaded.

Hi there,
Tdo and I wanted to say hello. I adopted Tdo in January 2004 and he's an
amazing little man. He loves everything and everyone and other than the
fact that he ate my carpet when he was a puppy, there has been no issues.
We are both living happily in Ottawa with our new laminate floors!
Hope all is well and thank you for my little buddy!
Joanna.

Good evening Charlene,
Just thought we would drop you a line to give you an updated picture of Reese. He is going to be a year old this April 3rd. He is doing quite well but can be a little stubborn, very smart but also stubborn. Finished his first stage of doggy training, and he PASSED!

Hey there,
I just wanted to give you an update on Sabrina, I got her from you when she
was just a pup. She just turned 8 last November 12th. She is an awesome dog,
well I shouldnt say dog, she is a member of my family, and my best friend. I
wanted to thank you for her, but I should have called her the wonderer. She
has been with me from Ottawa, to B.C. back to Kingston Ontario and soon back
to Ottawa. If I'm in the area with her, maybe we will stop bye. Here are
acouple of pix of her now.
Take Care and thanks again.

Hi Charlene
Harley is wonderful!! She is such a good dog and smart too. She is already
fully crate trained, sleeps through the night, and is starting to go to the
door when she has to go out. Her vet visit went well. She
is very spoiled but with those eyes how can we resist. She keeps trying to
play ball with our cat who looks at her like she is crazy. She is a good
eater and of course, has her favorite spot on the sofa. She also loves
everyone! She is so fantasic with people and kids that we can't go for a
walk without stopping and saying hi to everyone she meets. She is soon
beginning puppy classes and I'm sure will make lots of new friends.
Thanks again for everything! She is a happy, healthy, well socialized puppy,
and we just couldn't imagne life without her! I've attached a couple of
pictures so you can see how well she is doing.
Best wishes

One pic he had one of his sons, laying asleep on his front paws, he stayed like that for an hour while his son slept. Hope u enjoy these pics, let me know if u get these. Best regards, Lynn

I have enclosed a picture that was recently taken of Cheeky. The black guy as you will likely recognize is our other baby Diesel. The one on the other side of Cheeky is a friend's dog of ours we were babysitting for.
As you see Cheeky is sooooo cute hahahah. Of course I am not bashful about it either.
I would love to see the pictures of the other Shiba pups you were speaking of on the phone today. I sure love the bred.
Thanks again for everything.

Daisy is doing so well! This is a picture of her after her first hair cut. She has made herself at home and is growing so fast! She has become my very best friend and I am so happy to have her.
Can you send me the pictures of her parents? Also, has any of her litter mates sent pictures in yet? I'd love to see what they look like!
Thank you,

Hi Nicole,
This is Koda our 6.5 month old Beauceron pup. He is now weighing in at 60 plus pounds, and still growing fast!! He is unbelievably intelligent and was house trained within the first couple of days of bringing him home. Koda likes to go for his walks....... or should I say he likes to take us for his walks ha ha. When we first introduced him to our 3 year old Alaskan Husky, we were unsure if we had made the right choice in getting a second dog. Now the two are inseperable. Everywhere Diesel goes, Koda has to go with her. He is a wonderful addition to our family. Thank you so much for suggesting him. Couldn't have asked for a better dog.

Hello Charlene!
Wes and I wanted to thank you again for being so kind and understanding about everything! We really appreciate all that you've done and we'll never forget it! Here are a couple pictures of Kayia (7 mos) and Zeus (our new puppy). They're still getting used to each other but things are going well. Zeus is already a handful! He has a TON of energy and he loves playing with Kayia. We're excited for them to become good friends. The one thing we've noticed is that Kayia seems HUGE now that we have a small little guy like Zeus! It's pretty funny.
Thank you so much again for everything! We'll keep in touch!

Thought I'd sent a couple pics of my beloved puppy. Skye is working on 17 weeks and she is taking to her new home very well. She is pretty much housebroken already and when you watch her do things its easy to see that she is very smart. As soon as she gets done with her puppt shots she will get spayed and then entered into obedience school. She seems very happy here and I and the rest of the family just adore her. Thank you so much for giving me this new member of my family, you'll never understand how precious she is to me. Thanks again and enjoy the pics! Sincerely, Roger
